A note from the founder

I started Well, Mostly after realizing modern motherhood had somehow become indistinguishable from project management.

Every decision sat in a tab somewhere. Every nap-time was a sprint to read more, audit more, optimize more. None of it was making me a better mother. Most of it was making me a worse one.

I'm a trained health coach and a former tech executive. Two under two, no village, no roadmap. I built the thing I wish someone had handed me earlier. Intelligent information without the panic spiral.
